Do you surf the internet, listen to the radio, or listen to what’s on the TV? If you do, there is a fair likelihood that you have heard of MySpace already. MySpace is an online social networking website that has pretty much taken the internet by storm. This is because in what seemed like no time at all, MySpace has shot out of the starting blocks to very quickly become one of the top social online websites in the internet community.
The initial step in becoming a member of this sought-after online social network site is to setup an account. This can be finished in a just a few minutes. Though you can look at a few MySpace pages without registering, it is better that you do. Registering not only gives you your own MySpace page, but also allows you to make use of the additional features that can be useful on the site. What you may enjoy the utmost with MySpace is that it is totally free to use. When you become a member of MySpace, you can make your own profile page. Though this is voluntary, it is a better way to make contact with others and build new relationships.
A number of MySpace members use the preset sections in their profile page where they can enter a description of themselves and many other personal details. Although MySpace does have a few rules, you basically have the right to post anything, providing it is not offensive and is suitable for all ages.
After you have formed own MySpace page, you can seek other members. You can find other members by using keywords in the search facility, if you are seeking for somebody who lives not far from you, you can search for your town, village or city you live in. If you are looking for a person who shares your passion for animals, you can narrow the search down to seek for pet lovers. As soon as you have discovered the MySpace page of a person who you would want to become friendly with, you can ask them to become a member of your social networking group. As well as asking others to become part of your social network, there is a pretty good likelihood that you will be invited to become part of others.
Though MySpace has been in the media because of its acclaim, some unwanted notice has been given to the popular social networking website, notice it undoubtedly didn’t hope that it would be targeted for. With MySpace, as well as a lot of additional networking sites, internet security has become a big problem, particularly with children. If you are the guardian of a youngster, you may want to supervise their MySpace use or check that their profile is set to a safe content setting. MySpace has a few safety features available, but to benefit from these features you should check that they are present.
As well as being a conventional social networking site, one that lets you meet and talk to other members, MySpace is famous for its other features. If you are curious about using these features, I encourage you to sign-up for your free membership today. You can do this by visiting http://www.myspace.com

et’s face it, if you are not on the Internet, if you do not have a Blog and if you are not on MySpace, well you are nobody. Remember the famous philosophical quote; I think Therefore I am! Cognito Ergo Sum. Before you laugh think about this for a second. If you are part of the next generation that is under 25 then you better have a MySpace account. Because if we cannot find you there, how can we be sure that you exist at all?
Social Networking should not surprise anyone, as a matter of fact it is a natural progression of human behavior in the information age. I am on MySpace; Therefore I am! Yes you really are, there you are and there are all your friends and there you place your thoughts and like Philosopher Rene Descartes you are. And you have placed your ideas and thoughts to prove existence.
Of course you must be careful which thoughts you put onto the Internet and what you say. There are stalkers and crazies out there who also are real. If you ever have any issues with your self-confidence or self-esteem, you do not have to look into the mirror any more, just look online at your MySpace page, there you are and you are looking good too.
I certainly hope this article is of interest and that is has propelled thought. The goal is simple; to help you in your quest to be the best in 2007. I thank you for reading my many articles on diverse subjects, which interest you.

MySpace is well-known for its huge online community and the way to do social networking, but it also can be a way to get your message out about your service or business if done in a non-pushy casual way. Today’s generation has seen so many ads and can block it out in a flash. What’s important to remember that MySpace and social networking is about making friends and casually mentioning what you do, what you’ve found helpful etc. It is not about hard selling.
After you set up your profile at MySpace you can explore using the various feature which include adding friends, sending out bulletins, joining a group, blogging, writing comments and sending e-mails to your friends. Also when you set up your profile you are assigned a number but it’s nice to change it to a catchy phrase because that will be part of the url or website address people use to find you.
The group tab on MySpace is wonderful to browse because you can find groups that are targetted on your niche and join them. For instance, if you study the pets and animals tab you’ll see there are several groups available for dog lovers. The Dogs are the Best group has 31,901 members. There’s another group titled My Dog Rocks that has over 54,000 members. There’s also specialized niches as well such as a pit bull group that has 9000 members.
After you join a group you need to wait a week to post and then you can either answers people’s posts or post your own topic or question. It is best to put your offer in your signature file and to build up relationships with people in the group rather than be an aggressive marketer. Some groups also have a bulletin section which allow ads and you use that section as well in a more direct way. I have found that being anecdotal and talking about my own interest in the topic help builds connections with other group members. Think how long it would take you to grow a newsletter list yourself of 54,000 members and you’ll get a glimpse of the potential this has to let others know about your product or service.
Another feature I like is the commenting aspect. You can leave a comment on your friend’s profiles that everyone who goes to their page will see. It can be worth it to make or buy a pretty banner so that you can include that within your comment. I always study someone’s page before I make a banner so I can customize my remark to their personality. It takes more time but again it helps to build the relationship. If I see that the person likes a certain book I like or hobby I will mention that in my comment and then put a link to my site using a banner or a text link.
Blogging using the MySpace blog system is also a very good way to get traffic to your site. I usually will post something in a diary or casual way and have a link to my site. I then will send out a bulletin to tell people I’ve updated my blog. Don’t neglect MySpace in your marketing campaign as it has wonderful opportunities to help people get to learn about your website, service and business.

When you first sign up for a MySpace profile you’ll see that the name you requested during sign up is shown at the top of your profile. As your profile matures or your interests change, you may want to redefine the direction of your profile and change its name.
Your name is practically your MySpace headline and what you select will have an impact on how people view you. Do you want to be known as just “Your Name,” or would you rather select a name that stands out from the crowd and gets people to take notice.
Using a name that represents your favorite interest is a great way to stand out. You’ll also benefit by using a specific keyword or keywords that you would like to represent you. Choosing the right keywords will give you additional exposure in searches throughout Myspace and even in the search engines.
Changing your display name is quite easy. To do so you’ll want to sign in to your profile and click ‘Edit Profile.’ Once you have arrived at the ‘Profile Edit’ page select ‘Name.’ Then type in your new display name. Clicking ‘Save Changes’ and ‘View My Profile,’ will allow you to see how it looks.
To get additional exposure you might want to consider using special symbols like “™,” for trademark or “©,” for copyright. Using symbols in or after your display name gives it a little more character and helps it to stand out.
Another trick I like to use to get noticed is to change the size of my display name in my CSS. That’s your cascading style sheet which is also known as your “Layout.” When a style sheet is added to your profile it can drastically change its look.
To change the size of your display name in your style sheet you’ll want to locate the .nametext element and make a couple changes. For instance if you would like a larger font you can add this bit of code after the element .nametext. Here’s an example:
.nametext {font-size: 24pt;}
Making this small change will display a larger font size for your name and help it to stand out. When ever you have made any changes make sure you view your profile to see the results. Remember that MySpace only allows up to 50 characters in the display name. Trying to add more will result in a broken word.
Using the above strategy will help you get your personality across in a quick glance and help drive people of the same interests to your profile. After all, you can be whoever you want on MySpace. Would you rather be known as “Superhero Extraordinaire,” or just plain old, “Bob?”

MySpace is the largest “Web 2.0″ social networking site on the planet… and a massive opportunity to transform your business and your life… IF you know a few simple secrets.
That’s why I’m going to reveal…How to Dominate MySpace
Step #1: Create a Profit-Pulling Profile
Sounds simple… but, 99% of MySpace users screw this up. Their profiles are either unreadable, boring, or take hours to load.
Not good for making sales!
Create a profile that is easily readable, trumpets the biggest benefits of your product/service (with a URL link to your website), and loads in a snap.
Guaranteed those interested in your services will breathe a breath of fresh air upon seeing the simplicity and straight-forwardness of your profile.
Step #2 Blog, Blog, and Blog Some More
In case you don’t know… your MySpace blog gets indexed by search engines… it gets listed on Technorati… and gets read by thousands of MySpace users. Take the power of a normal blog for generating traffic and multiply by about 10. That’s the power your MySpace blog has.
The key, however, is persistence.
With millions of blogs on MySpace, it takes a few moments to stand out above the crowd. But, if you have good product/service… and you stay persistent, your blog can become a juggernaut of free traffic for you.
Step #3 Network… then Network Some More
MySpace actually gives you tools to go out and drum up the exact amount of traffic you want on a daily basis. Decide how much you want and go get it.
Friend request, messages, comments, bulletins, groups, forums… it’s all there… waiting for you to use it.MySpace is a huge opportunity that levels the playing field in any business. Suddenly, anyone has the ability to exert themselves and dominate their MySpace “niche”.
Be smart. Work hard. And, MySpace will transform your business and your life.Dedicated to making you rich,

What would happen if you lose your business data?
Everyone knows that information is priceless, and you can’t afford to lose it.
How about a bootable backup? You could restore your files from a backup copy. But how can you restore anything if you can’t even boot your computer? It turns out to be a real problem.
Apps Backup software (http://www.appsbackup.com/) offers fully-automated solution to this problem: Genie Backup Manager. Backup copies made with this utility are bootable. This means that you can boot your computer from a backup CD or DVD disk created by this program. You can make a backup image of your hard disk or selected partitions. You can also backup specific files and folders including system files. It’s calculates the space needed to backup your data and the number of disks required according to the media format selected (CD-R/RW and DVD-R/RW of all kinds). You don’t need to use third-party CD/DVD burning software. Your computer will boot from disk burned by this utility. This allows you to get back to a working state of your PC in minutes. No need to re-install Windows and other programs. The restoration process is simple and fully-automated.

One of the best way to get the search engines to start visiting your site regularly
and get new visitors is to get listed in a good Web
Directory. There are many different directories available on the internet
and you could spend a couple of weeks fulltime trying to submit to them all
without even finishing a fraction of all that are available. It is therefore
important to carefully plan which categories you should submit to get the best
result possible from the time you spend on submitting to different directories.
Directories also come in many different forms and topics. Most directories
accept most types of sites that are submitted to them and they then also have a
lot of sites submitted to them. It sometimes can be very difficult to go
through these directories trying to find what you are looking for as there are
so many different sites submitted. Other directories are tried to limit
themselves to a special niche. It could as an example is a directory that is
only accepting submissions from sports sites or about bakery. There are as many
different topics as there as sites. It is usually a good idea to submit to the
directories that are for a special topic as if people are looking for bakery
sites it is very likely that they would visit an bakery directory to find some
different bakery sites. One of the most common niche among directories is the
business niche. Lately a lot of sites are aiming at companies and businesses to
submit their sites to the directory.
One of the best directories that are available on the internet today is the
Business Directory Wamchu which has a lot of different topics when it comes
to business. Among some of the most popular topics are Flowers
Directory and Tools
and Hardware Directory. If you have a site within these topics then it is
an really good idea to submit your site to the Wamchu
directory.

As Mobile Phones get more and more advanced and there is more and more mobile phone brands to choose from it gets more and more difficult to choose which phone to get. In today’s new phones there is support for functions like W-LAN, Email, AGPS positioning and other things you just could not get just for a couple of years ago. Phones are also getting more divided into many different segments. You have the high end segment that is aimed for people who want the latest and best features in their phones, such features like WLAN and a GPS mentioned above. These phones are the most expensive phones and contains all the latest features.
After the high end phones we have the more average phones. These are the phones that are aimed for the general public and usually contains features like mp3 player and possibility to receive email. After that we have the lowend segment with the cheapest phones. These usually does not contain any extra features and has an really low Mobile Phone Tariff.
You can usually get these phones as Pay as You go Mobile (also known as prepay) which means that you pay an amount in advance and then you can call for this amount. After that amount is used up you have to refill your account with more money to continue calling. Pay as you go mobile accounts is mostly used in low cost countries but it starting to get big in other countries also.
In order to find out which phone you should get you can go to your local store
or try to buy one from the internet. We suggest that you visit Mobile Media
to find out which phone that suites you best. They do not only sell mobile phones there but also has Mobile News and Information and also a section for Clearance Mobile Phones. With all the information that is available on this site we are sure you will find the phone that suits your needs.

MySpace is a website for kids. Right? Let’s momentarily put aside the question of what type of site MySpace is, and focus on the numbers instead. According to MySpace itself, the MySpace community has nearly 140 million members (probably even more by now). That’s 140 million — million, with an m. Pretty large potential customer pool? Seems fair to say that, and judging from the plethora of ads constantly running on MySpace, there are obviously some advertisers who see upside in the MySpace membership numbers. In fairness, the 140 million number does not mean there are 140 million people with MySpace profiles (profiles are the personal web pages MySpace members add to the site). It is not at all unusual for MySpace users to have more than one profile: some even have several. So let’s assume there are duplicate users on MySpace. How many? One-third seems like a reasonable estimation. After subtracting one-third from the 140 million member total, we’re left with roughly 94 million members. Or, if you’d prefer, 94 million potential customers.
But not all customers are created equally. In business, and perhaps especially in online business, customer targeting is key. Who are these people? It’s a vital question. The MySpace brass certainly knows what the user demographic on their site is, information they can pass along to advertisers as needed. But we don’t have the official MySpace demographic numbers. We’re stuck. Hardly. Here’s an easy workaround: have a look at MySpace. Check out the profiles, check out the ads. I’ve done this very thing (saved you the trouble!), and it’s pretty clear that MySpace users slant young: mostly adolescent to young adult is my best guess. So what does this mean for advertisers? Well, it’s great news if you sell subscriptions to Teen Beat magazine; it’s not-so-great news if you sell life insurance. But is this really true?
One thing advertisers have learned over the years is that children eventually grow up and become adults (a fact parents are eternally grateful for). Armed with the top-secret knowledge that children grow up (well, maybe it’s not so top-secret), advertisers since forever have been trying to get in on the ground floor, so to speak, by promoting brands to kids — sometimes subtly, sometimes not — often for the sole purpose of developing brand recognition. Cigarette companies are famous, or infamous depending on your perspective, for doing this very thing. Does it work? Of course it does. How else do kids develop a fondness for Nike shoes and certain musical groups? So why not use MySpace to develop your brand’s recognition? Remember, the MySpace demographic is most likely adolescent to young adult. If they don’t have a need for life insurance — or whatever product — now, they’ll have a need for it within a few years. We’re not talking about toddlers here, who won’t be making purchases of any sort for at least a decade. Most MySpace users are either already adults, or soon will be. And there’s 94 million of them out there, on one particular website.
That’s 94 million, with an m.

Myspace profile is a showcase of the person we are. Everybody talks of his or her interest, hobbies, friends, and so on. The major attempt is to make myspace profile look good. add videos, comments, layouts, music, backgrounds and everything else that makes the profile look good. Here I have a small question. Are all of us happy? Do we have no pain to show? Do we have miseries that we want to share? I think myspace profile can be used to make one’s life happier by sharing the truth of pain as well as the happiness.
Write the truth of what happened to you in your life. If there are incidents that still traumatize you, write about them. Do not hid. Let your friends read about them. Some will laugh, but others will understand and extend their hands in help. They will support you when you need it most. Our problem is that we keep the worst pains hidden inside. That makes us miserable. Friends are for sharing everything. Do not hide anything from them. Tell them about what may be going wrong in your profile and they will send comments to put a balm on your hurt soul. Give a chance to your friends to know the real you. You will be surprised with the love and understand you get from them. Slowly they will also open up and this will make the bond real. Use your profile to talk about everything you feel good and bad.
A really good profile is one that looks human. For that it cannot be a decorative piece of page only but have words that talk about not only aspirations, but also deep hurts. Once you pour yourself fully on your profile, your profile become alive.
Wishafriend offers hundreds of myspace graphics and myspace comments. Wishafriend also offers free layouts, flash toys, quizzes, contact tables, backgrounds, profile stuff, glitter, name generators, polls, surveys, codes, etc. for myspace users. If you think your business, music band, or simply, your personality could benefit from participating in one of the most heavily trafficked sites on the internet then you need to know what MySpace is and how to get involved with it.
First of all, what is MySpace?
Well, in a nutshell, MySpace is a gargantuan (and controversial) network of user-submitted webpages hosted at MySpace.com. This collection of webpages allows MySpace members to interact with one another by making friends, posting comments, publishing bulletins, writing blogs, sending emails and more.
MySpace.com is the undisputed leader of social networking sites and continues to dwarf other would-be contenders like FaceBook, Xanga and Bebo. It currently has over 138 million user accounts which —even after taking into consideration individuals with multiple accounts— could easily amount to over 50 million unique members. The majority of MySpace members are (contrary to popular belief) over 25 years of age. Controversy over corporate history, horribly designed pages, copyright violations and the safety of underage users has over the years given MySpace a ‘bad-boy’ image which has only served to heighten its appeal and popularity.
One of the most alluring features of MySpace (and also one of the most maligned) is the ability to fully customize a MySpace page by embedding a CSS stylesheet. Many external sites now specialize in the creation and distribution of premade CSS stylesheets specifically designed to customize MySpace pages. These premade stylesheets —which typically link to background images hosted on external servers— are known as ‘MySpace layouts’.
Ultimately, MySpace is now an immense marketing opportunity which entices celebrities, rock bands and even major motion picture producers to sign up for a MySpace account in order to enjoy free exposure to a thrill-seeking demographic numbering in the tens of millions. Talk is beginning to circulate that MySpace’s popularity is waning but traffic statistics over the last year don’t support this (and actually speak to the contrary). Moreover, Google has recently signed a 3 year deal spanning into the second quarter of 2010 which will culminate in MySpace coffers being filled to the tune of $900 million.
Soooo…. How does one get some that MySpace thing?
Well, it’s actually quite simple. All you need to bring to the party is a name and an email address. Simply go to MySpace.com, click on the Signup button, fill in a brief form and, presto, you’ve got yourself a free MySpace page.
Here are a few quick tips on what to do after signing up:
— Choose your MySpace URL (web address) carefully. There is no opportunity to modify it after it’s been set. You’ll probably want it to somehow reflect your business, band name or personality (essentially the reason why you decided to signup for a MySpace account). Your MySpace URL will be the web address that people can use to find your MySpace page, e.g., www.myspace.com/YOUR_NAME_HERE
— You can customize your MySpace page by simply copy-and-pasting a MySpace layout code into the ‘About Me’ text box on your ‘Edit Profile’ screen (or the ‘Band Bio’ box for music profiles). MySpace layout codes are abundant on the net (albeit many are substandard). Simply do a search in Google for ‘myspace layouts’ or to get better results, do a search for ‘professional myspace layouts’ or ‘classy myspace layouts’.
— Don’t be timid about getting into whole ‘adding friends’ thing. There is no protocol really. Simply go to your MySpace account home page, click on Browse and then start visiting other MySpace member pages. When you see somebody you’d like to add to your friends list, click on the ‘Add to Friends’ button in their Contacting [user name] box and an email will be sent to them about your friend request. If they approve your request then they will appear in your friends list and you in theirs. Not everyone will approve your friend requests naturally but don’t take it personally. Just move on and keep at it. It is customary to thank those that approve your friend requests by posting a comment to their page saying, “Thanks for the add!”
So don’t miss the boat on this baby. MySpace is all the rage right now and if you handle your MySpace account well, it can turn into one of your most valuable web assets.

Want to impress your friends/peers/associates [choose one] with a classy MySpace layout? Here are 5 easy tips on how to do this:
1) The Power of Paragraphs
Since most MySpace users know very little about web design, what you’ll often see on a MySpace page is an ‘About Me’ section filled up with a huge unbroken block of text. No matter how captivating the writing is, most will tire of reading this after the first four or five lines and especially so if it continues on for another 20 or 30 lines. You’ll want to avoid making the same mistake of overwhelming your readers by putting your text into nice bite-size paragraphs.
Unfortunately for non-geeks, when you create paragraphs by hitting the Return key twice while typing into any text box on your MySpace ‘Edit Profile’ screen, this will not result in paragraphs created on your MySpace page after you hit the ‘Save All Changes’ button and you view your profile page. To properly format your text into paragraphs on your MySpace page, you’ll need to type in:
<p>
…every time you wish to start a new paragraph. Then when you click on the ‘Save All Changes’ button and view your profile, you’ll see your text formatted into paragraphs. That’s it. That’s all. Angle bracket, p, angle bracket. Three little characters can mean the difference between someone reading everything you have to say or only reading the first few lines.
2) Legible Text
Many MySpace pages are styled using MySpace layouts which often use a background image to enhance the display. But all too frequently, MySpace users fail to think through to the final result of someone actually attempting to read certain colors and shades of text displayed over certain background images. The result is quite often a text color that doesn’t have enough contrast with the color of the background image in order to make the text legible.
What you’ll want to do to create a truly professional and classy MySpace page is to carefully select a layout in which the text is clearly legible. This means you’ll need a light colored text displayed on a mostly dark colored background image or vice versa. And this also means that high contrast background images that have a myriad of light and dark colors will make poor backgrounds no matter what as there will always be some part of the background that will make any text color difficult to read.
3) A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words
You can spice up your MySpace profile page by posting images directly on it instead of just using your pics page. To do this simply upload your image(s) to a free image host like ImageShack or Photobucket, get the image URL (web address of the image) and then insert the following code in any text box on your ‘Edit Profile’ screen:
<img src="URL_TO_IMAGE_GOES_HERE">
Simply replace URL_TO_IMAGE_GOES_HERE with the web address of your uploaded image.
Presto. Pictures on your MySpace profile.
4) Keep It Inside the Box
Another unfortunate hallmark of MySpace pages is a layout that is so wide that it creates horizontal scrollbars at the bottom of the user’s web browser. This is considered a faux pas in professional web design as it forces the user to not only scroll up and down but back and forth as well in order to view the entire web page. To avoid ’spreading your layout’ in this fashion you’ll need to take care of two things:
a. Don’t post images wider than 400 pixels in any section of your MySpace page.
b. Don’t allow friends to post any images wider than 400 pixels to your Comments section
To handle the second of the above, you’ll need to either delete any comments with images that are too wide or you can disable HTML in your Comments section altogether (which will not allow the posting of images to your Comments section at all). To disable HTML in your Comments section, simply go to your MySpace account home page, click on Account Settings >> Profile Settings and then click to clear ‘Disable HTML Profile Comments’.
5) Apply the KISS Principle
And finally, apply the KISS principle, i.e., Keep It Simple Stupid. It’s a shame that in some respects, MySpace has become a gigantic online club of abominable web designers (and is subject to great ridicule because of this). Just because you see other MySpace users load upwards of a dozen flash videos and 100 image files all on one page (and this is not an exaggeration) does not make this good web design. The best web pages on the net are not those that are stuffed to the gills with the most bells and whistles but rather those that are user-friendly, color-coordinated and efficient at getting their particular message across. If you want a truly classy MySpace layout then keep in mind that sometimes less is more.

How would you like to have a column on the left side of your Myspace profile in which you could place anything you like? Even better, what if this column was never covered when your viewer’s browser window is smaller than the Myspace layout “grid”? Well the solution is much simpler than you might think, and I am going to give it to you right now. I’m not going in depth into the workings of CSS or the Myspace structure. There are a lot of great CSS tutorial sites out there to learn the deeper and more complex aspects of modifying your Myspace layout and Myspace background. Just type Myspace tutorials into Google. Here, I am just going to give you the code and brief explanations of what it does.
First, just to make sure you understand what I am speaking of, visit my Myspace layout at my Myspace profile sbccjohn (I would recommend opening a new tab/window to have available while looking at the code below). Notice the grey box in the upper left corner (I left it plain so it would stand out). Now make your browser window smaller using the resize corner and notice how the banner ad and Myspace layout table stops when it gets near the box. I’ll show you why and how it does this.
Here is the Myspace modification code that actually builds the box seen in the sidebar. Place this CSS code wherever you put your own modification code. I prefer the top of the “About Me” edit box:
<div style="position:absolute">
float:left;
top:15px;
left:7px;
width:150px;
height:400px;
border:solid 1px black;
padding:0;
margin:0;
background-color:EEEEEE;">
You can put whatever your want here.
Even aligned images:
<div style="text-align:center">
<img src="url to image" />
<div>
</div>
There is only one line of code needed to keep the sidebar from being covered by the rest of the Myspace layout, it’s in bold below. If you already have CSS modifications using the ‘body’ tag you just need to add that line to the current code. Otherwise you can add the entire style block below to the div code listed above; just be careful not to place it inside another style block. Here is the code:
<style>
body {
margin-left:155px;
}
</style>
That’s all you need to build the sidebar for your Myspace layout.
The first block of code tells the browser to create a block of space, 15 pixels from the top and 7 pixels from the left, 150 pixels wide and 400 pixels high, with a 1 pixel border that is black and solid, and to not put any space between the edge and inside content (padding) or around the outside (margin), and make the background color grey.
The second block of code tells the browser to keep the entire Myspace layout at least 155 pixels from the left. It’s important to note the relationship between the margin-left in this block of code and the width in the previous code. You need to keep margin-left larger than width or the Myspace layout might cover your sidebar in smaller browser windows.
Now you can explore with different combinations of colors, widths, heights, borders and position. For example you can have the sidebar start lower by changing top to 100px. You can even add a background image using the same methods you add a Myspace background image. Enjoy the new layout!

With just a few tweaks, you can completely customize and personalize your Myspace website. It’s not hard, and the result can be very cool.
First of all, you can customize your blog layout – you can change the fonts, colors, background, style sheet and header of your blog. You can even insert custom HTML for your header. That allows you to insert pretty much anything you want – a flash file, movie, pictures, etc.
Most website layouts use a light colored back ground with darker text. However, you can play around with the colors to create something really unique.
You can also use background images on your layout. Images do tend to make text hard to read, but there are a few ways around that. Using your favorite image editor, you can lighten your image enough that black or other dark text is easy to read over the image. Or, you can darken the image so that white or another pale color is easy to read.
The next thing to do is to choose your profile picture for your Myspace. You can just upload your favorite photo, or you can choose a photo that goes along with your design theme.
Another great way to customize your site is to choose your featured song for the music player on your blog. First of all, you’ll need to locate a song you want to use. Many popular music artists have Myspaces. Use the Myspace search feature to locate the Myspace of one of your favorite artists. They will normally have a player on their Myspace with several of their songs.
Once you find a song you want played on your Myspace, just click “Add†next to the song you want. Visitors to your site can now listen to that song on your site.
Another great way to customize your Myspace is to use a pre designed layout or template. It’s not as custom, but you can find some really cool designs that way.

Busy schedules are the perfect mood killers because, after a long day at work, you’re probably not going to go out and interact with people, talk and make friends. But it’s only human to feel the need to communicate, one way or another. Technology saves the day again offering a solution to this problem: the Internet. Interactive communication sites are very popular because they are easy to use and allow people all the way across the globe to connect. You can share pictures, ideas and do whatever you like as long as you have a myspace profile.
Many people still don’t know about myspace, what it is and what it does. Well, myspace is a network of personal pages linked to each other. Every time a user registers he or she receives a personal page which can be customized to his/her own liking. This isn’t a real web page, so what is the purpose? The purpose is entertainment, you can do whatever you want with your own page, give it a complete makeover. Approximately eighty million people are members of the myspace network so you can make a lot of friends from different parts of the world. You can also start a diary or post different kinds of material like articles to tell people about your experiences. Myspace is very personal and one can customize it any way he/she wants through myspace backgrounds and myspace layouts. This way people feel more comfortable and confident and they can relate easier to others.
No one likes a simple and dull profile and usually this kind of profiles get the least attention. Myspace users can customize their personal profiles through myspace layouts. This might seem a little bit odd to users who don’t know what this whole thing means, but older and regular users know what myspace layouts are and what they can do for their page. Through myspace layouts they can change absolutely everything regarding the page: color, text, menu bars. One can practically give the page a complete makeover. Of course through myspace layouts certain graphics can be added to your page. Let’s say it is winter and you want your page to represent the season, so you decide some snowflakes would look great. All you need to do is find myspace layouts that look like you want them to look and integrate them into your profile. The next thing you know you will have snowflakes coming down on your whole profile giving it a white and peaceful look.
Another way to customize your myspace profile is to change the myspace background. Myspace backgrounds are almost the same thing as desktop backgrounds. You can choose pictures of yourself or pictures of your favorite cars or pets and use them as myspace backgrounds. However, myspace backgrounds need to be very simple so people can see the links on your site. If the myspace backgrounds are very complicated and tire the eye, people can get a bad first impression on your page and move forward. These kinds of pages give the impression of a sloppy person who makes everything in a hurry. Myspace backgrounds should be very simple, not necessarily have a white tone. They should represent the owner and attract others. Using a personal photo as a myspace background is not a great idea because first of all it can make reading something on the page very difficult and secondly, your picture might not be visible because of the writing. You can imagine how good your face looks if something’s covering your eyes (for example).
Getting myspace backgrounds isn’t difficult because any picture can be used as a background. The real problem is how to get myspace layouts. There are three easy ways you can become the proud owner of new myspace layouts. The first way is probably the hardest, but it can also be the most original. You can build your own layout and even if it sounds like a lot of invested effort, it’s not really like that. However, knowing basic HTML and CSS can help you be on your way to a really original layout. The second way is a little bit easier and it can also be very original - you can build custom myspace layouts with the help of a software program that is designed to do exactly that. You choose how you want the layout to look and the program creates nice, clean code lines that you can use. The last available option is also the easiest. You can download myspace layouts from different web pages, but you have to be very careful because your layout might not be unique. Many websites offer free myspace layouts, graphics and backgrounds and because their help is valuable and diverse, they are popular and loved by many myspace users.
If you have a myspace account, then you should do everything you can to make it look good. The best idea is to download some backgrounds and layouts from different sites and use them to make your page more appealing to other people.

Myspace background selection is one of the most important decisions in the creation of a Myspace profile. Myspace is a social networking website, which offers free access to its users. Myspace acts as a strong platform for interactions and it avails all possible means of web communication such as public and private chat rooms, forums, blogs, Myspace messenger and email id, to satisfy its users. However, the most important attraction of Myspace is the profile, a web space, where you can add up your personal information, interest and everything you prefer, except any abusive or ill-mannered comments. Myspace backgrounds imply the background of the profile, and usually, they match to the context of the profile.
Background is the most visible layer of a webpage, on which, the rest of the items such as tables and text are displayed. Often, background is not a serious matter of consideration in many websites. However, in Myspace, background is given an important position since it helps to fulfill the basic intention of the profile, to catch the attention of others. You have to make your profile attractive, as much as you can, in such a competitive situation, to gain the appreciation of the viewers. According to the saying ‘first impression is the best impression’, and for a web lover, you essentially have to impress them with an artistic blend of your profile and background certainly adds to it.
Myspace background is part of the profile layout. As a layout can be created on your own, with the aid of tutorials, backgrounds can also be done, according to your preferences. In the background selection, background color, images in the background, position of other contents, its movement and the appearance, whether tiled horizontally, vertically or fully, are the major factors of consideration. In addition, borders of the page and table alignments are also important in background creation. However, these factors alone cannot make a background perfect, and its right blend with other factors is essential since totality is the beauty of a profile.
Usually, Myspace backgrounds are customized by the individual selection of the each criterion since a Myspace background looks like a mosaic. In standard patterns, background is seen only in the positions, where tables or text are absent. But the modern patterns follow the opposite strategy to make the tables transparent, and background will be clearly visible through it.
Images are also preferred in background rather than a plain background, and in such instances, the URL of the image has to be added. For the display of the images, its positioning also has to be specified such as top left, top center, top right center left, center center, center right, bottom left, bottom center, bottom right or in X and Y intercept percentages. Image can be also positioned as tiled vertically or horizontally. The repetition pattern of the images can be also assigned. You can then assign the border of the page and table attributes. If you are particular, go for some additional experiments with some the extra stuff. When you finish the selection, you have to insert the correct code of the specifications. If it is correct, you can then enjoy a beautiful background.
Myspace background can be also applied directly from any of the many availaable background generators, if you have no time to spare for individual selection.

MySpace has become, by far, one of the most popular social interactive sites on the Internet. Now, people from all over are registering with the service and creating profiles and pages to display their talents, skills, and any personal information they wish to share about themselves with others. It has also become a popular place for people to meet, chat, and share opinions and ideas. Something that adds to its popularity is the ease with which profiles and pages can be created.
In the early days of the public’s use of the Internet, many people who created their own web pages had to learn the HTML, or Hyper Text Markup Language code that is necessary to create a site. While this is one of the easiest programming languages to learn, it does take time and understanding of what is happening on the screen and in the computer. It does, however, give users full control over what goes on their pages and how that information is displayed, and is still preferred by many business owners and serious web developers whose sites are designed to attract customers and sell products or services. As with everything else, the pace of the world wide web has increased, and so have the lives of many people. Now, it seems everyone is looking for the immediate solution, and MySpace has helped to provide just that.
For those wanting to create a personal page, or just wanting to add information about their band, films, or other talents to the social interaction, MySpace is equipped with the tools and features to do just that. There are many layouts from which to choose, and, perhaps the best part is, that it isn’t necessary to actually the HTML code in order to create a page.
While many web building sites have been established over the past several years that make creating a web site quick and easy, few are as thorough and web-friendly as the MySpace site. Add to that the advantages that having many people see and access each site everyday, and it makes MySpace the obvious solution.
There are many ways to create a profile and various features that can be added to it once it is established. There are many fonts and colors to choose from, and several ways of arranging text, graphics, and other items on each page. MySpace also allows users to modify their pages. Although JavaScript is not allowed, HTML and XHTML, along with CSS can be used to change the vast majority of the profile to the preference of the user.
Users also have the option of adding embedded music into the site so that users will hear a particular song when they first enter the profile. This is done by a service called MySpace Music, which allows bands to post songs onto their respective profiles. Here, videos, and any other related content can be added as long as it is allowed. It’s all about true customization, and MySpace is that at its finest.

You can hardly log on to the Internet, watch TV, or talk to your friends without hearing about MySpace these days. Many celebrities maintain MySpace pages, and in some cases celebs have increased their popularity through MySpace efforts. What they can do, you can do. Want to know how to make your own MySpace layout? The wait is over and the answers are finally here.
First, if you want to know how to make your own MySpace layout, log on to MySpace. Create an account (it’s free, and they won’t fill your mailbox with a ton of useless garbage - really) to get your MySpace page up and running. MySpace is actually a pretty user-friendly site, and you can always check your MySpace layout (even in the middle of editing) to see how it’s turning out.
Once you’ve created your MySpace account, it’s time to learn how to make your own MySpace layout. The good news is that MySpace supports html. The bad news is, you can’t change the headers they provide. You’ll fill out a form to begin your MySpace page, with headers like “I’d like to meet” and “Interests.” While you can’t change these headers, you can leave some fields blank so that those headers won’t appear (at all) on your MySpace page.
By using html, the Internet language, you can determine colors, font sizes, and even add images to your MySpace layout. Links are also acceptable, so you can link to other sites that you like or to your own homepage. If you want to know how to make your own MySpace layout, the only way to do it is to simply do it. Log on to MySpace and play around a little - it won’t hurt anything, and it will help you become more familiar with the site. Experiment and add your own touch of unique flavor. MySpace is not only very popular, but it can be a lot of fun, too. So give it a try, and learn how to make your own MySpace layout, too. Then you can say that you’ve finally joined the MySpace craze.
